One Park: Wuhou Industrial Park
Scope: involving Wuhou Industrial Park and West China Shoe Industrial Park.
Key point: focusing on four mainstay industries, namely IT, biological medicine, environment-friendly new materials and mechatronics, we will develop hi-tech enterprise aggregation and construct a selective hi-tech park.Depending on the brand advantages of “City of China’s Women Shoe”, Wuhou Shoe Industrial Park will be constructed into a light industry industrial park with shoe industry as the mainstay integrated with research and development, manufacture, trade, logistics, perfect industrial link, as well as various supplementary services.
Six Development Areas
1.SBD in Renmin South Road
Scope: taking Wuhou section of Renmin South Road as the axis, it radiates 200 meters at both sides.
Key point: the key point lies at integrating the land resources along Renmin South Road and quickening constructing start-class hotel, restaurant, high-grade office building and other large commerce and trade facilities. We should vigorously develop headquarters economy and create a headquarters economy accumulation area.2.Commerce and Trade Residential Area from Hongpailou to Waishuangnan
Scope: including Hongpailou block around Chuanzang Road inside the Third Ring Road and Waishuangnan block around the Wuhou Avenue.
Key point: based on the rehabilitation of Honagpailou fair and town, the land integration inside and outside the Second Ring Road, the development of the accessory land along the Shahe River and the expansion of top-grade premises in Waishuangnan, we will boost the development of commercial residence and commerce and trade and build a new corridor for commerce and trade economy.3.Jinyang development area with commercial residence and commerce and trade
Scope: the comprehensive improvement of “five gardens” involves part areas of Jinyang and Jitou, and living supplementary service area in Wuhou Industrial Park.
Key point: the comprehensive improvement of “five gardens” will push forward the development of commercial residential building and commerce industry, as well as the coordinate development of commerce industry in Jitou populated area and supplementary services in Wuhou Industrial Park.4.New economic industrial development in Cuqiao
Scope: including whole Cuqiao area and part of Jinhuaqiao area, as well as the previous Taipingsi Aerodrome area.
Key point: we will thoroughly boost city and countryside integration, vigorously develop real estate and newly growing industry, and promote the traditional specialized market to upgrade, and proactively encourage Taipingsi Aerodrome to move out.5.Concentrated development area of modern logistics
Scope: including area of the Southwest Logistics Center.
Key point: we will accelerate COFCO to invest in the construction of the Southwest Logistics Center, basically realizing the construction objective of modern logistic park.6.Wuhou new administrative area
Scope: including areas outside the Third Ring Road and east to Wuhou Avenue.
Key point: we will make first-phase preparations, basically fulfill the construction engineering, promote the development of real estate and commerce industry, and preliminarily shape new administrative, economic and cultural center.
Two Economic Belts
1.Cultural tourist economic belt of Temple of Marquis and Jinli Street
Scope: including the neighboring area around the Wuhouci Street.
Key Point: we will shape a cultural economic belt concentrating tourism, catering, entertainment and commerce.2.Ecological leisure, catering and entertainment economic belt of the Jiang’an River
Scope: including areas along the Jiang’an River and the afforestation control belt along the Third Ring Road.
Key Point: we will strengthen the construction of ancillary facilities of Jiang’an River Park, Yongkang Forest Park and Qingshui River Park, develop projects, such as tourism, leisure and catering, and shape an ecological, leisure and entertainment economic belt with unique characteristics.
