[Frasers Port] is located in the Gaobei Village of Wuhou District, Chengdu (inner side, the Third Ring Road West), featuring a strategic geographical location, 10km from the entrance from the airport toll station and only 5 km from the city center. Thus, it is a large industrial chain area based on logistics. [Frasers Port] covers an area of 294 mu, with the total building area of 650,000 square meters. The entire project is developed in multiple phases, which will give a role of connection and coordination in the urban circulation infrastructure in Chengdu after completion.

[Warehouse] is the Phase I development project of [Frasers Port] .

【Warehouse】 the storage area on the first floor storage is frozen storage facilities. The building height is 8 meters, and the middle lane separates it into two areas, each individual area is also divided into 4-5 separate frozen storage facilities. The overall storage temperature is divided into many different temperature ranges from 5 degrees Celsiu to minus 25 degrees Celsius. Each frozen warehouse has an antehall at 0-4 degrees Celsius, and the antehall shall have its own loading and unloading platforms and parking areas; parking area length of 8 meters or 15 meters. The parking area is 8m or 15m in length.

【Warehouse】the second and third floors are room temperature storage facilities. The second floor height is 8 meters, and the floor height is 7.5 meters. The cylindrical lane can be used for quick transport. The central 16m lane can divide it into two independent areas, and there are 1.3m high loading and unloading platforms on both sides of the lane, with nine separate storage areas at room temperature respectively.

【Warehouse】The fourth and fifth floors are office facilities. It is as if a business space with flowers was built on the 24m high platform, with each height of 4m. It can prevent the sense of oppression from the buildings around. All office areas are divided by gardens, and at the same time, they are connected by transparent glass corridor right.
