Southwest Auto Parts in the steam distribution centers project is located in Wuhou Julong Road and dual Boulevard Interchange (Julong Road No. 1), the project covers an area of 398 acres, set auto parts exhibition, wholesale and retail automotive supplies, business office, Convention Center, major shopping malls, five-star hotel, e-commerce, modern logistics, warehousing and distribution, and food and beverage services in one package, build in southwest China's largest business city car culture themes.

Moore International Auto Plaza, the Phase I of the project, covers an area of 52 mu, with the building area of about 210,000 square meters. It comprises two 11 storey building composed of super-large buildings, with the budget of 800 million yuan. It is positioned for the professional auto parts and automotive products exhibition and transaction, in which the area for exhibition is about 80,000 square meters and the business area is about 80,000 square meters. The Phase I was commenced in early 2009, and it is planned to be completed and put into use in mid-2011.

In Phase II, a five-star hotel and a large auto-themed business center are to be built, with the planned area of about 70mu. The building area of about 220,000 square meters, and the estimated budget invested is one billion yuan. It is planned to complete the planned works and the construction preparation by the end of 2010.

In the Phase III, a headquarters-oriented auto parts business district and theme commercial street will be built.
