It was hosted by the Propaganda Department of Wuhou District Committee, the Work Committee of Direct Sub-organ, Culture & Tourism Bureau of  Wuhou District and the association of literary and art circles of Wuhou District and undertaken by Wuhou District Cultural Hall and was held in the government service center of Wuhou District on the afternoon of July 29, 2010.

This contest, as a resonant organ cultural brand of Wuhou District, has been continually held for 3 times. It is the unique organ cultural brand in Chengdu presently. Nearly all the works are created originally. Moreover, the activity is also one of the serial cultural activities for celebrating the 20th anniversary of establishment of Wuhou District.

The programs for this activity are the excellent works which are selected from the preliminary contest of this “Wuhou Charm” Organ Literature & Art Contest and are newly created for celebrating the 20th anniversary by the units in the district. They are abundant and diverse in form and adequately reflect the achievements gained in the cultural building of “commercial highland• liveable Wuhou” of our district.
