Commerce and modern service industry evelve rapidly. Some large enterprises and big projects involving in modern service industry, such as Accor, Hitachi, Cinema Management Group (CMG) and Bank of Shanghai have been introduced in the park; projects, such as “Shangding International” and “Libao Mansion” in the major area of modern service in SBD in Renmin South Road and Hongpailou business district were completed and some projects are under construction, with a construction area of over one million square meters; the first phase of warehouse area of “Southwest Logistics Center” is built, of which the trading area and ancillary living area are carries out smoothly.
